We are thrilled to cast a well-deserved spotlight on Tatianna Arias, a distinguished alumna and current 4th grade teacher at Holy Family School in Hicksville, NY !
Tatianna Arias holds a Bachelor’s degree in history with concentrations in Childhood and Special Education from Saint Mary College. She further pursued her passion for education by completing a Master’s degree at the American College of Education, specializing in Teaching English Language Learners.
Tatianna actively participated in theater, the service ministry club, and the Honor Society throughout her education. At Saint Mary’s College, she achieved the distinction of being a Ralph Scholar Award winner, while also being involved in organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Kappa Beta Pi, Phi Alpha Theta, and Alpha Chi.
“Catholic School has given me courage within myself and has challenged me to be the best person I can be. Catholic education has taught me the importance of serving others. I hope to inspire my students to do the same.”
Beyond her fourth grade teaching role, Tatianna actively engages in Holy Family Parish as an involved parishioner. She contributes her talents to the choir, serves as a lector, and provides assistance to the Knights of Columbus. During her free time, Tatiana enjoys reading, singing, and baking.
We take great pride in recognizing Tatianna as a distinguished alumna of Long Island Catholic Schools, and we are immensely grateful for her ongoing mission to serve and inspire future generations.
