Interested in Notre Dame School? Tours of our campus are offered every Thursday from 3:00-4:00 PM.

At Notre Dame School in New Hyde Park we pray together each morning and attend Mass on the First Friday of each month. Classes from Nursery through 8th grade enjoy virtual travel through our video-conferencing center. Students in Kindergarten through 5th grade participate in the Christmas and Spring Show. Grades 1 – 8 may enjoy music lessons and participate in Honor Band. All of our students work on their own chrome book, as well as on SmartBoards, enjoy the annual picnic, compete at Blue and White events and participate in Liturgies all through the year as Leaders of Song, readers, and altar servers. Students go on field trips, shop at the Christmas Boutique and love dress-down days! Our lunch program features both hot and cold items, snacks and drinks. Grades 4-8 may join our Drama Club and perform in our annual play. Our school follows the NYS Curriculum guidelines in PK through Grade 8 and is accredited by AdvancED. Foreign language instruction begins in Nursery, with immersion Italian offered to Nursery through Grade 1. Our students may chose from four languages beginning in Grade 2–French, Italian, Latin and Spanish. We offer two Regents level classes–Math 9 and Living Environment
