March 25, 2022 by Catholic Elementary Schools of Long Island News & Updates Robustly Catholic Culture

This morning Catholics around the world united to pray for peace, to pray for the people of Ukraine and Russia. Throughout March, our schools have led age-appropriate activities and prayers for the Ukrainian people.

Instead of uniforms, the students dressed in yellow and blue and made beautiful Ukraine flags.  Most importantly, we added a special “Prayer for Ukraine” to our daily morning prayers.  — Principal Karen VonBraunsberg
